Version 11.03 includes the following:

Bug fix: Unable to print records from the Review portion of the main DICTATE.EXE program. This is the text of the error message:

Name of form:    Review.frm

Name of procedure:    fGetLineCount&

Text of error message:     'Invalid procedure call or argument'

This bug would prevent printing from the Review button of the main program. This bug was corrected.

Bug Fix: Review program, delete pharmacy button hidden. This bug was corrected.

Bug Fix: In plan module, drug prescribing screen, changing default prescribing information with entries that are too long would crash the system. This bug was fixed.

Added ability to check database structures in repair database module

Review program modified to correct reported bugs

New feature: Ability to print routine office notes on stationary. This feature is accessible from the printing options button on the printing form.

Version 11.01 previously included the following new features incorporated into the program since the last major version (Version 10):

· Added ability to only specify a portion of an examination item and have a single button to complete the rest of the examination. For example, you could say that the right TM was inflamed and press a single button that would automatically fill in default normal text for the left TM as well as both ear canals and both pinnas. All of the subpart text is customizable as well as which sub parts to include when you are “finishing” an exam item.

· Review program extensively redesigned to allow easier adoption of a truly paperless medical record.

· Ability to print partially completed records added. This feature can be used if the nurse has done a visit record and wants to doctor to review it before saving. With this feature, the doctor can look over a hard copy of the report instead of having to deal with the computer screen.

· Added ability to record sound files in high quality 16 bit sound. If the default sound files are of low quality and hard to understand, you may now record in a higher quality format. The sound files however, will be quite a bit larger.

· Added ability to add a new referring doctor from the opening screen, instead of just the update screen or the plan screen.

· Ability to select all the records or clear all the records on the patient list in Print By Date was added.

· Print birthdates on the page when printing records

In addition to the new features of the program, there were several minor bugs in the program that were fixed. Every bug that was reported to Stone Enterprises and could be reproduced was fixed. For a list of bugs that were corrected, see the Revision History.
